Who Is Ronan
Ronan Kearney has spent two decades leading residential and hospitality operations in some of the most exacting environments in the industry, answerable to owners, boards, and residents for whom quality is assumed and inconsistency is immediately apparent..
Ronan's Background
He has opened new buildings, restored operations that had lost clarity or discipline, assembled and led high-performing teams, and remained accountable for the experience delivered at every level. His work has required an unusual command of both worlds: the visible standards the resident experiences, and the people, systems, and judgment that sustain them.
Kearney Atelier is drawn directly from that experience. Its eighteen modules are built around real situations, consequential decisions, and lessons tested under pressure. This is not management theory translated into practice. It is practice examined closely enough to become teachable.
Ronan teaches as he leads: with precision, candor, and respect for complexity. The focus is on what leadership asks when expectations are high, information is incomplete, and the smallest details carry the largest meaning.
Dublin-born, New York raised.
About Kearney Atelier
Kearney Atelier is executive education in leadership, taught by a practitioner rather than a faculty. The setting is residential real estate and hospitality. The subject is what transfers: standards, judgment, people, and money.
Eighteen modules, seven disciplines: leadership temperament, communication, talent, financial and capital fluency, decision-making, operations, and reputation. Three pathways, Foundation, Rising Leader, and Principal.
Every module was written from decisions made and lived with over a career of leading organizations. Each one ends with an instrument you can use, and applied work rather than recall.
The first modules are in production. Enrollment opens when they are ready.
