About Ronan Kearney
Ronan Kearney is a New Yorker by way of Dublin, a dual citizen shaped by two cultures that value storytelling, resilience, and a well-timed sense of humor.
New York is home. His parents and extended family are on the Emerald Isle, never far from mind.
Outside of work, Ronan is an active athlete and a lifelong student of philosophy. Both shape how he leads. He believes the most capable leaders are rarely one-dimensional. The best operators he has known are also readers, builders, artists, or athletes, people whose curiosity and discipline extend well beyond the work they’re paid to do.
Ronan lives accordingly: traveling widely across Europe and the Americas, catching rock concerts whenever he can, wandering through art museums wherever he finds himself, and staying endlessly curious about how other cultures build, create, and innovate.
Ronan lives in New York City and welcomes conversations with executives, boards, and organizations facing meaningful challenges that need serious solutions. He is also available for speaking engagements, podcasts, and select media appearances.
